The villa has 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious livingroom, kitchen, covered and open terraces outside. The house was reconstructed in 2016 using quality Italian finishing materials, furniture and sanitary ware. Through the French windows in all the rooms the house is full of light and stunning views of the sea and foothills of Mount Etna.
Both bedrooms are equipped with its private access to the garden so in the living room can stay extra guests and enjoy a relaxing holiday. Living room — is a large room combining the kitchen and patio. The living room has a fireplace that heats the house in the cool autumn and spring days.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and household items. Also in the garden there is a place equipped for cooking outdoors (stone grill, dining table), and on the other side of the house in the garden there is an additional outdoor shower for the most hot summer days.
